  26. Actually, you don't have to select points at all while in Drag mode. Drag 
  27. will just drag those points that your cursor is directly over. If you 
  28. have some points or polys selected, Drag will only affect those that are 
  29. in the selection group, but you still have to place the cursor over them. 
  30. The whole idea of the Drag tool was to make moving points easy without 
  31. having to select them.
